Bart Palaszewski won’t have to watch out for “The McKenzietine,” but he’ll still face a grappling stud.
UFC officials announced overnight that Cody McKenzie has been forced to
withdraw from a planned UFC 130 bout with Palaszewski, and Gleison Tibau has agreed to step in as a replacement.
UFC 130 takes place May 28 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The pay-per-view headliner pits lightweight champ Frankie Edgar against
Gray Maynard for a third meeting between the two.
