An interesting Lightweight scrap between Bobby Green and Drakkar Klose has been booked to go down at the upcoming UFC on FOX 31 event on Dec. 15, 2018 from inside Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Green got back on the winning track at UFC on FOX 27 earlier this year, snapping his three-fight losing streak after defeating Erik Koch. Prior to that “King” was coming of a draw against Lando Vannata after losing to Rashid Magomedov, Dustin Poirier and Edson Barboza.
Green was set to return at UFC 225 this past June, but an injury forced him out of his scheduled bout against longtime veteran, Clay Guida.
Now, Bobby will look for his first back-to-back wins for the first time since 2014. It won’t be easy, as Drakkar is a tough out for anyone. He was last seen taking out the aforementioned Vannata at UFC 226 a few weeks back. With a 3-1 record thus far inside the eight sided cage, Klose looks for an impressive win over an established veteran in order to get back on everyone’s radar.
Also confirmed on the report is a bout featuring Gerald Meerschaert taking on Jack Hermansson in middleweight action.
There is not an official main event set quite yet for the upcoming UFC on FOX 31 event, but stick with MMAmania as more fights are announced.
