“And no guys, not announcing a fight,” St-Pierre wrote on Twitter.
You know that bitter, watered down taste you get — along with flashbacks of college parties you’re still apologizing for — every time you drink a Budweiser?
What if I told you that you could do that and lose any chance of getting a weak buzz?
If that sounds like the kind of person you want to be, then maybe it’s time for you to follow in the footsteps of former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, who recently announced his addition to “Team Zero.”
That’s the clever name the marketing team at Budweiser came up with to promote an alcohol-free January. And if drinking Bud Zero can help someone with an addiction control their urges or even better; kick the habit, then I think it’s a fantastic idea.
Here’s the official description:
We are proud to introduce Budweiser Zero, an alcohol free brew with the taste of Budweiser at only 50 calories and zero grams of sugar. Budweiser Zero is made for beer drinkers who are looking to cut back on alcohol, but still want the refreshment of a Budweiser.

Sorry to all those fans (like me) who were hoping for a potential fight announcement but it appears St-Pierre is happily retired, just like UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, who has yet to vacate his 155-pound strap.
I guess that means Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier are fighting for Belt Zero.
