Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) super prospect Robelis Despaigne scored another insanely quick win in his debut for Karate Combat tonight (Thurs., Dec. 19, 2024) when he sparked completely unknown fighter Dominik Jedrzejczyk in the four seconds of the first round in Miami, Florida.

Both fighters took the center, and Despaigne threw a body kick, which was followed by a punch that crumbled Jedrzejczyk to the floor, halting the fight.

Check out the entire fight below:

Despaigne, 36, was released from the UFC earlier this year after his dreadful performance against Austen Lane, which was his second loss in a row. There is no doubt “The Big Boy” will succeed in Karate Combat (because there is no wrestling) and will most likely win the Heavyweight championship in no time.

However, he did beat a completely unknown fighter.

I’m serious. Try to find some footage of Jedrzejczyk. There is one kickboxing match out there in which he was knocked out by a much smaller competitor, but other than that, there’s nothing.

Despaigne was also revealed as one of the several fighters in the new mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion GFL.
