Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) wasted little time in rebooking the middleweight showdown between Kevin Holland and Kyle Daukaus, which ended by way of “No Contest” at UFC Vegas 38 last weekend in “Sin City.”

UFC Vegas 42 will host their 185-pound do-over, according to ESPN, which like their first affair will be held inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas. The Nov. 13 fight card is topped by the featherweight fracas pitting Max Holloway against Yair Rodriguez.

Holland (21-7, 1 NC) succumbed to a first-round rear-naked choke in the UFC Vegas 38 co-main event; however, instant replay from Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) revealed a clash of heads that put “Trailblazer” on Queer Street.

“I never thought of a No Contest. I’m not that type of person,” Holland said after the fight. “As far as I’m concerned he knocked me out and choked me out in one fight. If it was a street fight he would have gotten the job done. So, I mean, kung fu first, defend yourself at all times. I didn’t defend myself against the headbutt. That’s my fault.”
