Bloody Elbow has all the details on Anthony Joshua vs. Oleksandr Usyk right here, including fight card, fight time, live stream info, results, and more.
Heavyweight bragging rights are on the line tonight (Saturday, Sept. 25) from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England, as unified champion Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) takes on former undisputed cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs) for Joshua’s WBO, WBA, and IBF titles.
Usyk is a masterful boxer who fights at an unforgiving pace for someone his size. He is the best boxer that Joshua has faced to date. On the flip side, Usyk has not faced many opponents as powerful as Joshua, and certainly not at heavyweight. At cruiserweight the biggest hitter he fought was Murat Gassiev, whom he easily outboxed. Joshua is a fantastic all-around boxer so they are undoubtedly both going to challenge each other with their respective skill sets.
The winner gets three of the four major heavyweight titles, with WBC champion Tyson Fury set to rematch Deontay Wilder in their October 9th trilogy. Could we see an undisputed title fight in 2022? Maybe, but let’s see how these next couple of weeks unfold.
Here are the basic details on the entire event, how you can watch the card, where you can catch a live stream, start time for the main event, and more
