It’s fight day!
Tonight (Saturday, November 23rd) from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs) once again takes on Cuba’s Luis Ortiz (31-1-2 NCs, 26 KOs). Last year, these two engaged in a thrilling battle that saw Wilder knock “King Kong” Ortiz in round five, Ortiz rally back with a huge round seven that put Wilder in serious trouble for the first time in his career, only for Wilder to knock Ortiz out in the 10th to remain champion.

This time around, the stakes are arguably higher for Wilder. A win over Ortiz clears the path for him to rematch Tyson Fury in 2020. The contracts are signed and the date is pencilled in for February 22nd. Wilder went to a draw with Fury last year, and when an immediate rematch didn’t happen, “The Bronze Bomber” used his May 18th date to viciously KO Dominic Breazeale in a round. As for Ortiz, he has rebounded from the Wilder defeat by beating Razvan Cojanu, Travis Kauffman, and Christian Hammer.
Here are the basic details on the how you can watch this highly anticipated card, where you can catch a live stream, start time for the main event, and more.
