The wait is finally over.

February 22nd is here, and it’s the day of what a massive heavyweight boxing rematch. WBC champion Deontay Wilder (42-0-1, 41 KOs) and Tyson Fury (29-0-1, 20 KOs) went toe-to-toe in December 2018 thriller, but the split draw meant neither man walked out of Staples Center in Los Angeles with a win. They’ll look to have a decisive outcome at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, which has been buzzing for these two all week long.

Wilder has that “once in a generation” type of knockout power that has felled nearly every opponent he’s ever fought in the pros. The key word is “nearly,” as Fury was knocked down twice in their first fight but got up both times. In terms of pure technical abilities and overall depth in skill, Britain’s Fury has the advantage. Many argue he outboxed Wilder the first time but the knockdowns proved vital.
