In Case You Forgot, Shaq Is F—king Huge

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title contender, Francis Ngannou, is one of the biggest and most powerful heavyweight fighters in all of mixed martial arts (MMA), standing 6’4” and weighing in the neighborhood of 250+ pounds.
And yet…

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title contender, Francis Ngannou, is one of the biggest and most powerful heavyweight fighters in all of mixed martial arts (MMA), standing 6’4” and weighing in the neighborhood of 250+ pounds.

And yet he looks like a shrimp next to Shaquille O’Neal.

Probably because the retired basketball star stands over seven feet tall and weighs north of 300 pounds, which would have made him a great fit for the old days of PRIDE super heavyweight fights, which could in turn be sponsored by The General and Icy Hot.

I don’t think there is much point in having Ngannou grapple with Shaq. While it might be good for strength and conditioning, his upcoming fight against Junior dos Santos is expected to be a battle of boxing.

We’ll find out when they headline the upcoming UFC on ESPN 3 event on Sat., June 29, 2019 inside Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
