Injured Pedro Rizzo out of ProElite 2 main event with Tim Sylvia

An arm injury has forced Pedro Rizzo out of next month’s ProElite 2 headliner with fellow ex-UFC heavyweight Tim Sylvia.

Rizzo today announced via Twitter that he recently suffered a partial tear of his left triceps tendon.

MMAjunkie.com could not immediately reach ProElite officials to determine if a Plan B is in place or if a replacement is being sought.
