Sorry, make that five fights in the last 24 hours.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has been forced to change yet another fight for its upcoming UFC Vegas 35 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on Aug. 28, scheduled for the APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 29 finalist Tresean Gore suffered a knee injury and was forced to withdraw from his middleweight showdown opposite Bryan Battle. Gilbert Urbina, who lost to Gore on Episode 12 of the combat sports reality show, will step in to take his place.

“Tresean Gore is injured, it looks like his meniscus,” UFC President Dana White told TMZ. “I think a lot of people figured that this kid could win it. Obviously, (it would have been) a great fight with him and Bryan Battle. Gore is out. Probably going to be out for six months.”

Gore is expected to secure a UFC fight upon his 2022 return.
