Manel Kape stands 5’5” and competes in the 125-pound division.

But the No. 7-ranked flyweight has already destroyed much larger opponents in the streets, which is why former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who clocks in at 6’4” and fights at middleweight, needs to watch his back (and his mouth) in the presence of “Star Boy.”

“I’m undefeated in the streets,” Kape told Jaxxon Podcast. “I don’t give a f—k. I already beat many guys of his size. I don’t give a f—k [about his size]. Put him in front of me in the streets, and we’re gonna see. It’s everything in the street. [Adesanya] is pretty good; I’m pretty good too, brother.”

Kape scuffled with Adesanya at the UFC 293 press conference back in late 2023 after “Star Boy” was talking smack about Adesanya’s teammate, Kai Kara-France. “The Last Stylebender” later apologized, at least according to Kape, and the beef was (temporarily) settled.
