Jake Paul is banned from UFC events … or so he claims.
But “El Gallo” wanted to attend the UFC 306 pay-per-view (PPV) card on Sept. 14 at The Sphere to support his friend and business partner, Sean O’Malley, who joined forces with Paul to market “W” body care products that “leave you feeling fresh and smooth.”
The result was an ugly cosplay that resembled a 90’s grunge version of Dementus.
“Two years ago I was banned from all UFC events by Dana White,” Paul said on social media. “If I’m gonna illegally sneak in, I need a disguise, and a good one. I needed to see [O’Malley] get that ‘W’ in person. I’m risking going to jail if I get caught. This is insane!”
O’Malley lost his bantamweight title to Merab Dvalishvili after five rounds of action.
Fortunately for those folks who still want to see Paul fight Mike Tyson in November, his UFC 306 stunt was successful and “El Gallo” did not, in fact, go to jail. He did, however, go to the Cowboys-Saints game on Sunday at AT&T Stadium to mean mug “Iron Mike.”
