“The Diamond” Dustin Poirier is about to add a few more to his collection thanks to Jake Paul in the aftermath of UFC 264.

Dustin Poirier can add a few more diamonds to his collection thanks to Jake Paul in the aftermath of his victory over Conor McGregor at UFC 264 (watch highlights).

Paul finally got around to sending his $100,000 “Sleepy McGregor” diamond-encrusted chain to Poirier. The YouTuber-turned-boxer — who fights Tyron Woodley on Sun., Aug. 29, 2021 — shared on Tuesday that Poirier will auction the necklace with the proceeds benefitting charity. Paul included a handwritten note to Poirier with the chain:

“Dear Dustin,” the letter from Paul reads. “Congrats for your much-earned victory. I love what you are doing with your Good Fight Foundation! You deserve this chain more than me! Good always defeats evil! Keep winning! Love Jake. P.S. Tell Jolie I said ‘hi’ — she’s a badass!”

Khabib sees what you did there, Jake.

Nevertheless, Poirier earned a first-round technical knockout over McGregor at UFC 264, which took place inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, this past weekend (Sat., July 10, 2021), after McGregor’s ankle broke (see it).

Paul will face Woodley in the latter’s professional boxing debut taking place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sun., Aug. 29, 2021, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, streaming online via Showtime pay-per-view (PPV).
