Jake Paul has a potential legends fight in mind for the undercard of his upcoming boxing event with Tyron Woodley.
Former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva thumbed his nose at Father Time on Saturday night through his performance against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. The 46-year-old “Spider” pretty much led the dance through all eight rounds against Chavez, who held a hefty advantage in terms of experience and age.
Anderson Silva sure looks comfortable in a boxing ring

Silva’s prizefighting career seems to have gotten a second wind. As he said in his post-fight interview, he plans to step back in there “soon.” One option he could probably look at is an offer put forward by boxing’s current problem child, Jake Paul.
The 24-year-old YouTuber went on Twitter after the fight and now wants Silva to take part in his upcoming event against Tyron Woodley on August 28 under Showtime boxing. He even played matchmaker and suggested a potential opponent for the Brazilian veteran.
Respect to Anderson Silva @spideranderson on the win….vc é uma lenda brasileira! Would be an honor to have him vs Roy Jones Jr on the same card as Tyron and I

Silva and Jones have been talking about fighting each other for years now, with conversations dating as far back as 2013. Nothing ever materialized and Jones instead made his boxing return at 51 years of age against Mike Tyson last year. The bout ended in a split draw.
