The UFC Fight Night event slated for Indianapolis on Aug. 28 filled up its card with the addition of a welterweight match between Jason High and James Head.
The promotion announced the bout on Thursday.
Head was originally slated to meet Bobby Voelker before the latter was switched as a fill-in on another card
Both Head and High are looking to rebound from recent losses.
Head (9-3) suffered a TKO at the hands of Mike Pyle at the TUF 16 Finale last December, while High (16-4) was submitted by Erick Silva at UFC on FUEL 10 in June, a defeat that snapped a seven-fight win streak.
The show will take place at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, and is highlighted by a main-event rematch between Carlos Condit and Martin Kampmann. The two first fought in April 2009. In a match that served as Condit’s octagon debut, Kampmann was awarded a close split-decision.
The Fight Night will be the second edition broadcast on FOX Sports 1.
