“A battle for the ages: Strength, Hepatitis C, a million dollars.”

Craig Jones is not attending this year’s ADCC competition in Las Vegas.

That’s because the Australian grappler can earn more money selling his underwear on Ebay, to go along with those penis pills he’s peddling on Instagram (his words, not mine). Instead, Jones will be competing atop his own jiu jitsu invitational next weekend in “Sin City.”

Against nine-time world champion Gabi Garcia.

Jones and Garcia had their first staredown last week to promote the Craig Jones Invitational (CJI) on Aug. 16 & 17 following a lengthy preview segment on YouTube — one that left the Aussie “harder than woodpecker lips,” according to his comments below the online clip.

“Garcia said a white man has never finished her,” Jones added. “August 17 she gon’ find out.”

The inaugural CJI is expected to pay out roughly $250,000 in cash with tourney winners earning a $1 million grand prize. Under 80kg will feature grappling stars like Jason Nolf and Kade Ruotolo, while over 80kg boasts Nicky Rod and Victor Hugo, among others.

“Marcelo Garcia, I don’t know what I can say, we tried,” Jones said during his latest YouTube video. “I’ll say we gave it a red hot try. Honestly, I was trying to book Marcelo vs. [former UFC lightweight champion] Charles Oliveira. That’s what I was trying to get done.”

CJI tickets for Thomas & Mack Center range from $50-$500.
