Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder are fighting on Dec. 23 in Saudi Arabia.
Unfortunately, they aren’t fighting each other. Joshua is slated to battle Swedish slugger Otto Wallin while Wilder is tasked with taking on former WBO titleholder Joseph Parker. All four combatants were on the red carpet today in Riyadh for the grand arrivals, posing for pics and talking shop with the media.

“I think [Joshua has] lost his confidence and momentum,” Wallin told The Times. “You can see the decline. (Oleksandr) Usyk was ultimately just a better fighter, but Joshua looks unsure of himself. In the beginning, when I fought him, he was a seek-and-destroy kind of guy, but now he’s afraid of getting hit and of losing. He’s aware of his vulnerabilities and it’s holding him back. The timing is right for me now.”
