SUNRISE, Fla. – If all goes well, UFC heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos will defend his title against Cain Velasquez in Toronto.
Following Friday’s UFC on FX 3 post-event press conference, UFC president Dana White said the company’s current plans call for Dos Santos vs. Velasquez II to serve as the headlining matchup of UFC 152.
The event takes place Sept. 22 at Air Canada Centre. Earlier Friday night, White also revealed Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn will likely take place at UFC 152.
