A fight between Gaethje and McGregor would be quite the sight to
“It’s the name of the game. I want to fight him,” reiterated Gaethje. “I want to fight him in Ireland. I know it’s not going to happen in Ireland but that’s my dream is to go over there and be in that sort of chaos. That’s what f—king wakes me up every day.”
“I’m going out there, I’m going to stand, and I’m going to knock him out. If he wants to retire I can help him on his way out.”
McGregor’s future inside the Octagon is still very much up in the air. He is currently serving the remainder of his UFC 229 post-fight suspension issued by the NSAC. It also appears he’s on a collision course with Khabib Nurmagomedov following their highly-publicized Twitter war this week.
