Smith will face Kim Connor-Hamby at Invicta FC 3 when the all-female MMA promotion returns in October. Invicta officials on Friday announced the opponent switch.
Invicta FC 3 takes place Oct. 6 in Kansas City, Kan., and the event is expected to stream online for free.
