A knee injury has forced Steve Cantwell out of Saturday’s UFC 120 event, and his bout with Stanislav Nedkov has been scratched from the preliminary card.

MMAjunkie.com today confirmed with the change with officials while in London, which hosts Saturday’s Spike TV-televised event.
