Jake Paul vs. Mike Perry live results begin at 7 p.m. ET below.
Good evening combat sports, circus, boxing and general enjoyers of face punching — it’s time for one of the most interesting celebrity boxing matches to come down the pipe in some time.
Jake Paul vs Mike Perry goes down TONIGHT (Sat., July 20, 2024) from inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., streaming live DAZN pay-per-view (PPV) with a 9 p.m. ET start time. “Fear No Man” is easily the biggest influencer/championship boxing card we will get all summer.
And we’ve got you all covered below.
Look, if you aren’t a fan of a Paul brother fighting another mixed martial arts (MMA) guy, maybe your bag is the all-action, Amanda Serrano (46-2, 30KOs), the women’s IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO World Featherweight champion in the co-main event, taking on Stevie Morgan (14-1, 13 KOs). There’s also the (to be fair, minor-league belt holder) Lucas Bahdi (16-0, 14KOs) — IBF’s North American Lightweight champion — taking on fellow undefeated prospect, Ashton Sylve (11-0, 9KOs).
Oh, and no big deal, but there’s also Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Uriah Hall. You know, boxing royalty scion versus under-achieving MMA guy, which would normally headline a smaller crossover card, but is instead way, way down the list here.
But, let’s be real … most of you are here for “Paul vs. Perry.”

Perry’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) career came to a stumbling end three years ago after going 3-7 in his last ten bouts. He (and his outsized personality) has since had an amazing renaissance in the bare-knuckle boxing world, racking up 6 wins in a row against a plethora of names small and large: Michael Seals, Julian Lane, Michael “Venom” Page, Luke Rockhold, Eddie Alvarez and Thiago Alves. His star has risen to the point where a boxing match against the biggest influencer in this sport is the matchup to make, and it has.
Paul burst onto the boxing scene with a 6-0 record over aging MMA stars like Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley, as well as basketball retiree Nate Robinson and fellow influencer AnEson Gib. He hit his first road bump in actual boxer Tommy Fury, but has rebounded with three wins in a row, including the widely-watched domination of Nate Diaz.

Paul vs. Perry, ‘Fear No Man’ LIVE PLAY-BY-PLAY:
Jake Paul vs. Mike Perry
Round 1: Paul in black, Perry in purple. Perry eats a big body shot to start. Overhand right sits Perry down! He’s up right away, but looks a bit shaky. Perry gets Paul into a corner for a second and gets in a right hand. Left-right by Paul wobbles Perry. Uppercut-left combo by Paul.
10-8 Paul
Round 2: 2-3 by Paul. There’s another big right hand and again, Perry is on the canvas! He’s up, but looks stiff again. Paul landing very well here. Stiff jab by Paul, there’s a left by Perry. Perry slings Paul to the ground, annoying the ref. There’s another good left.
10-8 Paul
Round 3: Lunging left by Perry to the body. Perry still being the aggressor, lands another left hook, Paul answers back with one. Lead left, too. Perry’s left hook has been his best shot. Paul to the body, right upstairs. Perry just calmly walking down Paul. He’s eating shots, but landing some, too. Shovel hook by Paul. Paul is cut over the left eye. Hook-uppercut by Perry at the bell.
10-9 Perry
Round 4: Perry opens with southpaw. Straight right by Paul stops Perry in his tracks and he’s back in orthodox. Stiff jab has Perry wobbly. Paul on the offensive, but can’t put Perry away. Paul happy to let Perry walk onto punches here. Big left-right by Paul lands clean and Perry is wobbly. Perry’s hands are low and he’s getting hit clean a lot. Perry almost dropped at the bell again!
10-8 Paul
Round 5: Paul jab lands. Perry is on stiff legs, still. Perry looks like he’s seeing ghosts, biting on every feint from Paul. Perry still walking forward. Bunch of jabs land from Jake, but he misses the overhand. Lands that one, but it glances. Perry slips and gets in a right, but the ref says that was behind the head.
10-9 Paul
Round 6: Perry’s stance, which wasn’t great to begin with, is all messed up at this point, as he’s fighting on instinct. Left hand wobbles Perry. Paul flurrying Perry and he finally drops him again. Ref has Perry do the “walk to the left”, and Perry stumbles, so the ref waves it off.
Final result: Jake Paul defeats Mike Perry
Amanda Serrano vs. Stevie Morgan
Round 1: Serrano in purple, Morgan in white. Serrano starts quick and she’s turning the volume to 10 real quick. She’s hitting Morgan with both hands and wherever she wants to. Pointless to detail what she’s landing, because she’s gotta be hitting Morgan at an 80% clip. Morgan is standing tall and not moving her head well at all.
10-8 Serrano
Round 2: Morgan manages to get in a couple, but she’s getting hit with an avalanche here. Morgan might as well be some bum off the street here and the ref looks like she’s about to stop it. And she does! Complete blowout.
Final result: Amanda Serrano defeats Stevie Morgan

Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. vs. Uriah Hall
Round 1: Took long enough, but we’re finally underway tonight. Hall in black, Chavez in red. Chavez with the first good punch to open up the match, a good left hook. Hall not wearing the extra boxing padding around the waist, which is a bit strange to give away free protection. Hall eating that left again. He’s on the front foot, but not really swinging. Eats that left again as the bell sounds.
10-9 Chavez Jr.
Round 2: Hall tosses out a 2-piece, but not much on it. Check hook by Chavez again. Chavez with a right to the body. Slow-paced round here.
10-9 Chavez Jr.
Round 3: Chavez with that left hook again, but Hall answers with a right to the chest. Rights by both men and jabs by both. Chavez digging to the ribs a couple times. Chavez blocks a right with his arms. Chavez ups the volume a little, but Hall still seems content to walk through these punches. Hall with a 3-2. Lefts by both.
10-9 Chavez Jr.
Round 4: Chavez rips to the torso. Hall corners Chavez and gets in a shot to the gut. Left by Chavez, right by Hall. Commentary booth seems to be grading Hall on a curve, and maybe the judges are, too, but I have it
10-9 Chavez Jr.
Round 5: Chavez with a 2-piece to the body. Hall with a nice counter-right. Chavez looking a bit gassed. Straight right by Chavez. Hall with a left. They dirty box against the ropes and Chavez hits the cleanest uppercut that either man throws. Body blow from Chavez. There’s an uppercut by Hall. They stand and trade to the bell
10-9 Hall
Round 6: Chavez finally stepping forward and not letting Hall dictate the pace. They’re both swinging and landing, as they’re picking up said pace in this last round. Left by Hall. Chavez bobbing and weaving, but finally gets caught by Hall up against the ropes. Hall hit a good five shots in that flurry. Now Chavez with a nice right hand. Hall ends the round stalking forward and throwing.
10-9 Hall
Final result: Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. defeats Uriah Hall
