Artem Lobov has dropped his last three fights inside the Octagon, bringing his record to 2-5 overall with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). But “The Russian Hammer” isn’t about to let go of his spot on the roster so easily, as he wants another chance to prove himself.
Taking to social media, Artem called for a fight againstt Renato Moicano — who has been pegged as a backup for Max Holloway vs Brian Ortega at UFC 231 — saying he will go as far as donating half of his earnings to charity.
Check it out:
Let me fight Moicano if no1 gets injured @danawhite ,I am 1 of the few to never turn down fights and 1 of even fewer to never pull out, this is the Ultimate Fighting not Ultimate stand by to fight,so lets make Moicano fight!!

Still here, still ready to go!! I’ll donate half my purse to childrens charity, in case you needed another reason @danawhite . Where are the Fertittas when you need them, they always respected and rewarded the true fighter!!

Last I checked, the Fertitta brothers didn’t do much matchmaking during their time as owners.
When it comes to living up to his promises, Lobov is as standup as they come. Just ask Michael Johnson, as Artem gave “The Menace” back his 20-percent of his purse he was fined for missing weight for their fight at UFC Fight Night 138.
Still, Artem is looking for a fight, but getting one against Moicano, who is 5-1 inside the Octagon and on a two-fight win steak and ranked No. 4 in the land likely won’t happen. At this point, Lobov should count his lucky stars he’s not put in the “young and needs some work” category.
