All of Loma’s belts are on the line, along with a vacant WBC lightweight title.
As expected, Lomachenko (who is widely considering the current top pound-for-pound boxer in the world) is a gigantic betting favorite over Campbell. He currently sits around the -1700 range, and is as high as -2500 on some sites.
We will have round-by-round updates of Lomachenko vs. Campebell, with the ESPN+ broadcast beginning at 1 PM ET/10 AM PT from the sold-out 02 Arena in London, England. The undercard features a heavyweight fight between Hughie Fury and Alexander Povetkin, and a WBC flyweight title bout between Charlie Edwards and Julio Cesar Martinez among five fights.

Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Luke Campbell (for WBA, WBO, The Ring, and WBC lightweight championships)
Round 1 – Campbell pawing with the jab. Lomachenko taking his time. Campbell goes to the body. Loma hasn’t landed anything of note through the first half of the round. He lands a jab to the body. He wades in but doesn’t throw. A straight left from Campbell is blocked. Double jab connects for Lomachenko. Campbell lands to the body. Loma with a reaching right. Left hook from Campbell, and he goes to the body. Nice shot. 10-9 Campbell.
Round 2 – Loma ducking under Campbell’s jabs. Loma moves Campbell to the ropes but doesn’t land anything. Loma with a left over the top. Double jab from Loma,a nd a body hot. He’s getting loose now. Campbell to the body, and they trade for the first time in the fight. Campbell presses with a long left and Loma clinches. Jab from Loma. Nice shot to the gut from Campbell. Loma to the body, but Campbell countered. Loma presses at the horn. 10-9 Campbell.
Round 3 – Campbell walking forward, but Loma is evading the jab. Body shot from Campbell. Brief clinch. Campbell with a looping left. Jab up the middle from Lomachenko. Another. Hard left snaps Campbell’s head back! Another good shot from Loma. That’s what we expected. A left over the top scores for Loma. Nice uppercut from Campbell. Double jab from Loma. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 4 – Shovel hook from Campbell. They trade jabs. Campbell paws with a right hook. Campbell pushes his head away with his forearm. Lomachenko lands a right to the body and a straight left. That was pretty. Campbell misses with a few jabs. Loma lands a hard right up the middle, and a looping right hook. They both land to the body, and Campbell lands a left. Body shot from Lomachenko. Loma lands to the body of a retreating Campbell. Hard body shot again. Just misses with a hard right hook. Loma taking over a bit. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 5 – Loma with a jab. Campbell pawing with the jab. Loma scores with straight shots from both hands. Loma with a left. Campbell can’t get off. Loma lands to the chest. Campbell lands a left. Loma with a hard body/head combo. Campbell fires right back with his own hard body shot. Left to the body from Lomahenko. Campbell fires back with his own left. Flashy jab from Loma. Short left from Loma has Campbell hurt! He’s attacking! HARD LEFT! The round ends! Wow. Campbell walked back to his corner unfazed though. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 6 – Campbell presses with a left. Lomachenko looking for his spot. Jab from Loma. Body shot from Lomachenko. Campbell digs to the body with both hands. Left over the top scores for Loma. Lomachenko backs Campbell up and lands two hard punches. Campell with a winging left that barely lands. He shoulder checks Lomachenko. Hard jab from Loma. They trade hard shots on the rope, to the body and head. Campbell is showing something. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 7 – Loma with a left over the top. They trade to the body. Double jab from Loma. Campbell presses and lands two punches to the body. Snap jab from Lomachenko. Campbell catches Loma with a counter and stuns him! Loma shakes it off and lands a hard right! Loma is pressing with a huge body shot! Right hook against the ropes! Campbell to the body. Uppercut and a right from Loma! Best round of the fight so far. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 8 – Campbell slaps to the body. Loma with a step-in jab. Loma with a shot over the top but Campbell rips the body. Jab and a straight from from Loma. Another hard one. Loma with a left to the chin and a right to the body. Jab from Campbell. They brawl to the body inside. Loma rips him with a short left. Huge right! Campbell clinches. They trade inside again. Left hook from Campbell. Campbell moves forward and connects with a left hook. Loma with a three-punch combo punctuated by a left hook. Campbell lands har. Loma goes to the body. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 9 – Campbell pawing. Loma just circling away. Stiff step-in jab from Loma. Not much going on here. Loma presses halfway through the round. Campbell lands to the belt. Loma with a big left! Campbell rips to the body. By far his best work tonight has come to the body. Left hook for Campbell. Bit of a nothing round. 10-9 Campbell.
Round 10 – Campell reaching with the jab. Loma with a left hook. Campbell with a straight left. Double jab from Lomachenko. Campbell scores to the body inside. Jab from Loma, and a short right. Loma walks him down and partially lands a combo. Jab from Loma. Dull ending. 10-9 Lomachenko.
Round 11 – Body shot from Campbell. They are posturing for position. Campbell ties him up and they look confused when the ref doesn’t break them, so they just break on their own. Short left from Loma! He’s pressuring! Campbell with a left. Two rights and and a beautiful body shot and CAMPBELL IS DOWN! He’s back up quick and Loma is charging. Campbell holds. They separate and he lands to Lomas body. Loma stops chasing and drops his hands. Campbell fires back. 10-8 Lomachenko.
Round 12 – They trade jabs. Loma’s was harder. Campbell misses with an uppercut. Body shot from Loma. Four-punch combo inside from the P4P # 1. They trade jabs again. Low blow from Campbell. They’re back at it quickly. They both land to the body. Hard combo from Loma! Boy shot! Loma is all over him! Campbell wrestles him to the mat! Wow! The ref resets an incredulous Loma. They both land to the body. They go to the horn. 10-9 Lomachenko. 117-110 on my card for Loma.
