Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is slowly-but-surely piecing together its upcoming UFC 250 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card, adding a welterweight showdown between Neil Magny and Anthony Rocco Martin to its June 6 lineup, expected to take place inside APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
That’s according to MMA Junkie.
Magny (22-7) lost more than a year of competition to a United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) drug test that was later overturned, and took out his frustrations on Jingliang Li in a commanding performance at UFC 248 back in March.
As for Martin (17-5), he’s also looking to win his second straight after turning away Ramazan Emeev at UFC Moscow last December. The streaking Illinoisan has now won eight of his last 10 with three finishes, two of which came by technical submission.
UFC 250 will be headlined by the women’s featherweight title fight pitting Amanda Nunes against Felicia Spencer. Elsewhere on the card, Devin Clark and Alonzo Menifield collide in light heavyweight action while Ian Heinisch and Gerald Meerschaert go to war at 185 pounds.
