Three five strikes, you’re out.

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight Jason Miller, who also did work for Strikeforce, as well as DREAM in Japan, is once again behind bars without bail following his latest vandalism arrest last Friday (Oct. 19) in Orange County, California.

The 37 year-old grappler known as “Mayhem” to the mixed martial arts (MMA) community was picked up for entering a woman’s house and destroying her property, including a marble table, doors to her home, and a garage door, according to a report from MMA Fighting.

“Jason is a great guy and I love him like a brother,” Miller’s attorney, Cameron Talley, told City News Service. “It is incredibly sad to see these continued police contacts, but I have faith he can straighten out his life.”

Miller has been mixed up with Johnny Law so many times over the past few years it’s been difficult to keep count. Aside from his arrests for vandalism and domestic violence, the former Bully Beatdown host once live-Tweeted his standoff with police.

As far as his combat sports career, that hasn’t fared much better. “Mayhem” (23-10, 1 NC) has only competed three times over the last seven years and was finished twice, including his Venator FC fight that resulted in one of the worst scale-fails in recent memory.

Miller, who is already on probation from his most recent plea bargain (details here), is back in front of the judge on Oct. 31 and could be facing at least four years in the clink for violating the terms of his current deal.
