Conor McGregor reacts to Paulie Malignaggi’s altercation with Artem Lobov by posting pictures of their controversial sparring session.
It took a scuffle with Artem Lobov for Paulie Malignaggi to finally get Conor McGregor’s attention, but it probably wasn’t the reaction he was looking for.
Yesterday, shortly after video footage emerged of Malignaggi slapping Lobov at a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) promotional event, McGregor tweeted pictures of his hotly debated sparring session with Malignaggi from 2017.
All of the pictures show Malignaggi on the receiving end of some heavy punches, with ‘The Notorious’ getting the better of the exchanges.

The last time another fighter confronted SBG Ireland teammate Lobov, McGregor flew from Dublin to New York and launched a dolly through the window of a bus to send a message to Khabib Nurmagomedov. This time, however, it looks like ‘The Notorious’ is having fun with the situation.
Lobov, a former UFC fighter, will make his BKFC debut against Jason Knight on Saturday, April 6. If he wins, it’s expected ‘The Russian Hammer’ will go on to fight Malignaggi, who signed with the bare knuckle fight promotion earlier this year.
