The list of medical suspensions for UFC Vegas 23 are out, with six fighters facing six months away from the cage.
It may be a while before three main card winners return, as Mackenzie Dern (right thumb), Arnold Allen (left hand) and Julian Marquez (right hand) face six month suspensions pending further examination and clearance.
Jim Miller (left foot), John Makdessi (right cheekbone, right foot), and Ignacio Bahamondes (nose, left hand) are among the other fighters who could be handed the same layoff.

Marvin Vettori: Suspended until May 2, no contact until April 25 (left eyebrow cut)
Kevin Holland: Suspended until May 2, no contact until April 25 (left eyebrow cut)
Arnold Allen: Must receive clearance from orthopedic doctor on positive result from X-ray on left hand or no contest until Oct. 8; minimum suspension no contest until May 11, no contact until May 2
Sodiq Yusuff: Suspended until May 2, no contact until April 25
Julian Marquez: Must receive clearance from orthopedic doctor on positive result from X-ray on right hand or no contest until Oct. 8
Sam Alvey: Suspended until May 11, no contact until May 2
Mackenzie Dern: Must receive clearance from orthopedic doctor on positive result from X-ray on right thumb or no contest until Oct. 8
Mike Perry: Suspended until May 26, no contact until May 11
Jim Miller: Must receive clearance from orthopedic doctor on positive result from X-ray on left foot or no contest until Oct. 8; minimum suspension no contest until May 11, no contact until May 2
Scott Holtzman: Suspended until May 26, no contact until May 11
John Makdessi: Must receive clearance from oral and maxillofacial doctor for subtle non-displaced fracture of right zygomatic arch and from orthopedic doctor for right foot displaced fracture second metatarsal or no contest until Oct. 8; minimum suspension no contest until May 26, no contact until May 11
Ignacio Bahamodes: Must receive clearance from ENT (ear, nose, and throat) doctor on positive result from X-ray on nose and from orthopedic doctor on positive result from X-ray on left hand or no contest until Oct. 8, minimum suspension no contest until May 26, no contact until May 11
Yorgan De Castro: Suspended until May 26, no contact until May 11
Jordan Griffin: Suspended until May 2, no contact until April 25
William Knight: Suspended until May 2, no contact until April 25
