Rapper 50 Cent is pretty close with Floyd Mayweather; close enough, in fact, that McGregor threw him an insult on the infamous McGregor-Mayweather press tour.

“What’s up New York City! 50 Cent’s a bitch!

50 Cent was recently asked on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen how he felt about that, and he wasn’t taking it too seriously.

I was like, dude, this fool didn’t know if he was fighting Floyd or me.

I was like, ‘Where did that come from?’— you know? But he was doing his job; he was putting on a show and making sure everybody was paying attention.

He doesn’t take Conor too seriously either, as it turns out, on account of Conor’s lighter weight. When asked if he could take the Irishman, his response was certainty.

In the street? Yeah! C’mon, he weighs 150 pounds, man!

McGregor probably weighs over 170 now with his “wealth belly.” The 42-year old rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is 6 feet tall and weighs north of 200 lbs, although he has dropped as low as 157 after he was shot in the jaw, or when he was playing a cancer patient in a movie.

Still not as big as Nate Diaz.

He does train boxing, and maybe his definition of “on the streets” means throwing hands. It is pretty typical for a bigger dude with no professional experience to think he could take a professional fighter from a lighter weight class “in the street”. It is also pretty difficult to see a scenario where McGregor doesn’t either knock him down or choke him out in a fight with no rules. We’ve seen how this plays out before in both training and the street.

I say, book it in the Octagon. He’s already infinitely more qualified than CM Punk.

Not, of course, before McGregor defends his lightweight title. He’s got contenders stacked higher than Jon Jones’ steroid supplements.

So… a black ESPN host called out the president for white supremacy on her own Twitter account, and it would have been okay to not only fire her, but replace her with a white host? It seems Grisham doesn’t know how racism, or free speech, has always worked.
