Several MMA managers have a… less than savory reputation. Like fight promoters, they often have incentive to misrepresent the facts. So, take the following with a grain of salt, but Ali Abdelaziz- one of the highest profile MMA managers to retain a shady reputation– tweeted that his client, Henry Cejudo, will be rematching Demetrious Johnson this summer.

This runs counter to claims by TJ Dillashaw that talks to implement the superfight between himself and Demetrious Johnson are in the early stages. Henry Cejudo last faced Demetrious Johnson in 2016, and lost by first round KO.

I encourage all fighters to join; collective bargaining is likely the only way they will ever see a bigger slice of the UFC’s pie than the 17% or so they currently receive.
