Bringing you the weird and wild from the world of MMA each and every weeknight!
Welcome to Midnight Mania!
McGregor has a gigantic list of potential opponents lined up for him, and he even mentioned bare knuckle combat as an option. For an otherwise nearly complete list, check out this tweet:
For those keeping track, this week, Conor McGregor has expressed interest in:

The wealth grow wealthier, and that remains true of fight options as well. As shown in the featured tweet, Stephen Thompson has thrown his name into the hat to potentially face the Irishman. “Wonderboy” was recently named the “Nicest Motherf*cker” by Ariel Helwani and awarded a belt for his kindness.
Given McGregor’s more humbled persona in the lead up to UFC 246, Thompson has declared McGregor worthy of a shot at his new title. It’s not the most likely match up, but then, who wouldn’t want to watch a duel of such expert strikers?
Insomnia
This has gone on long enough and I am forced to address it: Yana Kunitskaya and Thiago Santos post strangely intimate photos with great regularity. They’re all in different locations, which begs the question: how often are they doing these photo shoots? More importantly, why?
If I have to see them, you do too.
Nieky Holzken putting a beating on his training partner, who’s an undefeated kickboxer himself.
UFC 246 fighter fashion:
Dominick Cruz can still fit into his dancing shoes.
Aljamain Sterling vs. Henry Cejudo in a trash talk battle of who can reach the height of cringe (or, more accurately, depth).
Weight cutting can be scary.
This is a seriously intense neck workout.
Slips, rips, and KO clips
Any excuse to post a bulldog choke is a welcome one.

If Liam Harrison is going to keep sharing these highlights with his thoughts, I’m going to keep posting them — too cool.
It is confirmed: a spinning elbow should be your first instinct in any street altercation.
Random Land
Ever seen someone casually get shot? This is the wildest sh*t I’ve ever seen.
Her friend got shot on live and she had the nerve to put the camera on her and the friend gone smile, wtf. pic.twitter.com/iLmBrupLnH

Midnight Music: A lot of new stuff came out today that I’m interested in (i.e. Mac Miller and Algiers), but I didn’t get a chance to listen to any of it. My disappointment is immense.
Sleep well Maniacs! More martial arts madness is always on the way.
