A bout pitting former featherweight champion Mike Brown against returning Cole Province is set for next month’s WEC 51 event.
MMAjunkie.com first reported the bout earlier this week, and WEC executives since have made it official.
WEC 51 takes place Sept. 30 at the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Colo.The night’s main card, including a main event between current featherweight champ Jose Aldo and challenger Manny Gamburyan, airs live on Versus.
