LAS VEGAS – WEC bantamweight contender Takeya Mizugaki knew exactly what he was doing when he elected to wait three months
for former champ Urijah Faber to heal.
As Faber recovered from an injury suffered in training that forced him
out of a planned WEC 50 matchup, Mizugaki patiently plotted.
Now that the two will finally clash in the main event of Thursday’s “WEC
52: Faber vs. Mizugaki” event, the Japanese import is ready to take the
next step toward his ultimate goal: a UFC championship.
