Luke Rockhold has had one of the harder careers to quantify in relation to his peers. He brutalized Chris Weidman to win the title, but lost it in a fit of hubris while becoming the linchpin in Michael Bisping’s Cinderella Story. The current move to light heavyweight is another chapter in a career that most fighters would envy, though it’s doubtful that Rockhold feels anything less than total victory is acceptable. While the future is still bright, it’s time to acknowledge one truly remarkable aspect of Rockhold’s time in the UFC: win or lose, the man has a 100% finish rate.
