Morning Report: Josh Koscheck slams ‘little errand b***h’ Dana White

UFC president Dana White’s “soft spot” for the pioneer cast of The Ultimate Fighter just got a bit tougher.

A veteran of 25 fights inside the Octagon, TUF 1 alum Josh Koscheck quite literally risked his own well-being in March just to wash his hands of his time with the UFC.

Three weeks after being submitted by Jake Ellenberger at UFC 184, Koscheck served as a late replacement to face Erick Silva March 21 in Los Angeles only to be submitted again.

After White stated he would “try to push” Koscheck into retirement, the welterweight signed with Bellator MMA as a free agent.

It may have surprised fans to see the former contender jump ship for the chief rival, but the San Jose native clearly had his issues working for White the past decade.

“How can you respect a guy that runs a company and goes on Twitter rants, who calls people all the names that he calls people?” Koscheck told Bleacher Report. “I think it’s childish. He’s supposed to be the president of a major company, a billion dollar company, and that’s how he acts? You don’t see Roger Goodell doing things like that.

“And you won’t see [Bellator CEO] Scott Coker going on Twitter and telling people they look goofy or fat. Or, ‘we got that many years out of you, thanks for your money.’ Come on. It’s embarrassing. I don’t want to work for a guy like that.”

It’s been a rough few weeks for White as PR goes. White has always had his dissenters, but things escalated last week when the UFC canned fighter-favorite cutman Jacob ‘Stitch’ Duran.

“This is just my opinion, but I think Dana is just the front boy for the Fertittas,” said Koscheck. “He’s their little errand b—h. They’re losing fans every day because of the things he does. The UFC has done a great job. They built this sport. They put a lot of dollars in, and they took a lot of risk. I can respect the fact that he works his ass off. But there are other things that I can’t respect.”
