There were so many great KOs the promotion decided to award the four best.
Performance of the night bonuses are in from the wild and violent UFC on ESPN 3: Ngannou vs. dos Santos event in Minneapolis Minnesota, and things were handled a bit differently than usual. Four $50,000 checks were cut, but instead of two performance bonuses and a fight of the night they handed out four bonuses for the best finishes. With only 3 matches going to decision, there was a lot of competition!
Straight cash!

In the end, the awards went to Francis Ngannou for TKOing Junior dos Santos (watch that here), Joseph Benavidez for his headkick knockout of Jussier Formiga (that’s over here), Eryk Anders flattening Vinicius Moreira in the prelims (we got that finish as well), and Alonzo Menifield for his first round destruction of Paul Craig (which you really do have to see).
All four men walk away with hefty bonuses as opposed to their opponents, who get nothing but a lengthy medical suspension.
