O’Malley and Paul are co-owners of W, a new deodorant line that will appear in Walmart stores across North America.
Sean O’Malley is going into business with Jake Paul.
For the past week the two popular combat sports personalities have been putting on a little show for fans online, pretending they might fight each other at UFC 303 in Conor McGregor’s place. That was never going to happen, but the tweets and a subsequent shoving match did get some eyes on them for the real announcement: a line of men’s personal care products.
Paul and O’Malley are partners in W, a WalMart-exclusive deodorant brand that will feature ‘body wash, body spray and antiperspirant deodorant in three scents.’ Paul has been pushing the products hard on his socials with endless W puns, and now “Suga” has revealed he’s also a co-owner in the business.
“W co-owner. Bathing in all its glory,” O’Malley wrote in an Instagram post. “I smell like 1000 roses having sex rn. These products are made for champions and f—ers that live life to the fullest like me. Vitamin infused to help the 60-70% of young men who are deficient in vitamin d and magnesium and we took out all the weird ingredients our competitors have.”
“Jake and I together will save the smelly. Go to your local Walmart now and run this s— up babbyyy.”
Sean also took the opportunity to attack his next opponent, Merab Dvalishvili.
“P.s Merab you need this stinky boy,” he wrote.
O’Malley makes a lot more money off his social media tomfoolery than he does inside the cage. He reportedly owns a chunk of Happy Dad hard seltzer, and now he’s got this W line. If it catches on and takes a chunk of the lucrative smelly youth market away from Axe body spray, Paul and O’Malley are looking at making some serious bank. Could they pull off with deodorant what Logan Paul and KSI pulled off with PRIME?
As for Merab Dvalishvili, he’s still making funny videos with a “Suga” lookalike and waiting for the UFC to announce when he’ll get his title shot.
