Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) president Dana White and Jake Paul aren’t going to be exchanging Christmas cards anytime soon, but the head honcho of the biggest MMA promotion on the planet is okay with the older Paul brother, Logan.

According to Paul, White gave him a surprise phone call prior to UFC 264 to tell him that he was going to be upgrading his seats after finding out that the YouTube megastar-turned boxer had purchased a few tickets to the “McGregor vs Poirier 3” pay-per-view (PPV) event.

“I answer, and I’m not sure what to expect,” Paul said on his podcast (via Low Kick MMA). “Jake’s pissed him off … him and Jake have an ongoing feud.”

Indeed, Jake has been very critical of White especially when it comes to fighter pay. And while Dana hasn’t exactly gotten into a bitter war of words with Paul, he isn’t too fond of him. His brother Logan, meanwhile, seems to be cool in White’s book.

And the feeling is mutual.

“I’ve come out publicly and said I love Dana White, always have always will, he’s a ruthless businessman, the head honcho, but I’m not sure how he feels about me. By default, my relationship with my brother will always take precedence but, if I can be cool with someone I will.”

Still, Paul was surprised to find out that White was going to sweeten his seats for the pay-per-view (PPV) event, which went down on Saturday night (July 10, 2021) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“‘These seats are in what’s called ‘billionaires row,’ and he says I’ll have a much better experience, and I’m like flabbergasted and honored. Dana White is accommodating me, this is fantastic, and I’m like ‘sure,’ I told him, ‘thanks Dana,’ and I hung up and Jake is like, ‘that was weird.’”

It’s not that weird since the Paul brothers have millions of followers on every social media platform imaginable. So if they can bring more attention to UFC, White is all for it. Just don’t expect him to do combat-related business with the Paul brothers anytime soon.
