If Tyron Woodley wants a rematch against Jake Paul, he’s going to have to earn it.

In traditional boxing rivalries, that would require “The Chosen One” to win a couple of big fights and work his way back to “The Problem Child.” But in this case, Woodley will only need to complete two simple steps.

Get a Paul tattoo and post it on Instagram, as promised.

“I told him, if he wants to get the tattoo, put it on his Instagram,” Paul said during the post-fight press conference (watch it here). “Permanent tattoo. Then maybe we’ll talk about it. But to be honest, I won convincingly. We’re gonna go back to the drawing board, but I think I proved a lot tonight.”

Despite a big punch from Woodley in the fourth frame, Paul was in control for most of the fight. The scorecards told a different tale (see them here) which is why “The Problem Child” ended up with a split decision at the conclusion of their eight-round cruiserweight affair.

“At the end of the day, it’s two men going in there risking their lives,” Paul continued. “So, after all the shit talk is done, I’m cool with showing respect. This is a crazy business, like I said, we’re risking our lives in there and he earned my respect. I told him after, ‘Look bro, a lot of tension, a lot of build-up, back and forth between our teams, but I respect you, and no hard feelings.’”

The rumor mill has Paul paired off against pro boxer Tommy Fury — brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury — after “TNT” outlasted Anthony Taylor at the Paul-Woodley pay-per-view (PPV) event on Aug. 29 in Cleveland, but nothing is official at this time.
