Showtime confirmed on Friday that Paul vs. Fury will take place inside Amelie Arena in Tampa, Fla. on Sat., Dec. 18 via Showtime pay-per-view (PPV), per MMA Fighting. The professional boxing contest will be contested at 192-pounds.

“Pucker up Timmy, it’s time to kiss your last name and your family’s boxing legacy goodbye,” Paul tweeted on Friday alongside the bout’s official poster. “Dec. 18th, I’m changing this wankers name to Tommy Fumbles and celebrating with Tom Brady. Tickets [are] on sale Nov. 10th!”

Paul (4-0) vs. Fury (9-0) marks the first time in Paul’s pro boxing career that he fights somebody with at least one boxing win on his pro record. He previously defeated former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight titleholder Tyron Woodley (watch highlights) via split decision. The fight was Woodley’s pro boxing debut. His other wins were against debuting boxers Ben Askren (watch KO), Nate Robinson and fellow YouTuber Ali Eson Gib.

Fury is coming off decision wins against Anthony Taylor (7-5) and Jordan Grant (3-1). Prior to that, Fury crushed five cans with a combined record of 12-209-5.
