As always, champion and challenger made a lot of Reebok bucks. No one else made more than $10,000.
UFC on ESPN+ 14 is now behind us and we depart Montevideo, Uruguay with mixed feelings following an entertaining war between Vicente Luque and Mike Perry plus a not so entertaining title fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Liz Carmouche.
No disclosed pay is available for the fights that went down in Uruguay, but as usual we do have the official UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay numbers, better known casually as Reebok deal money. This is cash paid out to fighters for wearing all their UFC sponsor Reebok gear through fight week … and also not doing anything that puts them in violation of various other UFC Athlete Code of Conduct rules.
Let’s look at all the moolah spread out amongst the athletes on the card. It was a good night for Valentina Shevchenko and Liz Carmouche. Everyone else? Eeeeeh.
