PFL Posts Playoff Brackets For 2021 Season

After a wild regular season, which saw a couple of major upsets in multiple divisions, Professional Fighters League (PFL) will return for its 2021 playoffs in August featuring top seed Kayla Harrison, as well as former UFC headliner Rory MacDonald.

All PFL playoff events will be broadcast on ESPN or ESPN2 and simulcast on ESPN+.

“No sports league can match the thrilling action Professional Fighters League will deliver this August as the final four fighters for each weight division will compete for a spot in the $1 million world championship bout,” said PFL CEO Peter Murray. “The only playoff format in the sport gives every fighter a chance. The more than 550 million MMA fans around the world are going to witness unmatched intensity during every fight in the PFL SmartCage.”

12 finalists will go on to compete in the 2021 PFL championship later this year, with the winners each earning $1 million dollar payouts.

PFL Playoffs 1 Card On Aug. 13 (ESPN2/ESPN+):

170 lbs.: Ray Cooper III vs. Rory MacDonald
170 lbs.: Magomed Magomedkerimov vs. Joao Zeferino
155 lbs.: Clay Collard vs. Raush Manfio
155 lbs.: Loik Radzhabov vs. Alexander Martinez

PFL Playoffs 2 Card On Aug. 19 (ESPN/ESPN+):

155 lbs.: Kayla Harrison vs. Genah Fabian
265 lbs.: Bruno Cappelozza vs. Jamelle Jones
155 lbs.: Larissa Pacheco vs. Taylor Guardado
265 lbs.: Denis Goltsov vs. Ante Delija

PFL Playoffs 3 Card On Aug. 27 (ESPN2/ESPN+):

145 lbs.: Brendan Loughnane vs. Movlid Khaybulaev
145 lbs.: Chris Wade vs. Bubba Jenkins
205 lbs.: Emiliano Sordi vs. Antonio Carlos Jr.
