
Professional Fighters League (PFL) will kickoff its 2025 World Tournament on Thurs., April 3, 2025, on the back lot of Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Fla., airing live on ESPN and ESPN+ in the United States.
Now, the promotion has revealed the participants who will compete in the Featherweight and Welterweight divisions, featuring several former world champions and long-time veterans.
Featherweight:
Jeremy Kennedy – Canada
Gabriel Braga – Brazil
Movlid Khaybulaev – Russia
Nathan Kelly – Ireland
Yves Landu – France
Tae Kyun Kim – South Korea
Adam Borics – Hungary
Jesus Pinedo – Peru
Welterweight:
Florim Zendeli – Albania
Andrey Koreshkov – Russia
Jason Jackson – Jamaica
Magomed Umalatov – Russia
Mukhamed Berkhamov – Russia
Giannis Bachar – Greece
Logan Storley – USA
Masayuki Kikuiri – Japan
The other dates for the opening round are April 11, April 18 and May 1, with semifinals starting on June 12 and finals beginning on Aug. 1, 2025.
The new-look tournament tournament will pay out more than $20 million in total prize money, which will include a $500,000 bonus for each winner.
The other six weight classes include Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight, Middleweight, Lightweight, Bantamweight and women’s Flyweight, with those participants to be named at a later date. Now that Bellator MMA has been absorbed into PFL’s roster for good, combat sports fans can expect a loaded bracket for each division.
