Longtime UFC lightweight veteran Paul Felder will come off the bench on less than a week’s notice to battle former 155-pound champion Rafael dos Anjos in the UFC Vegas 14 main event TONIGHT (Sat., Nov. 14, 2020) inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Felder (17-5), now 35, is replacing the ailing Islam Makhachev, who withdrew from the ESPN+ event after contracting Staph infection. While the part-time commentator has not competed since losing a split decision to Dan Hooker back in February, it should be noted “The Irish Dragon” has won five of his last seven.

As for Dos Anjos (29-13), who turned 36 just last month, this marks his return to the 155-pound weight class after spending three years at welterweight (to mixed results). The Brazilian held the lightweight strap back in 2015 before eventually losing it to Eddie Alvarez, which was then followed by a decision loss to Tony Ferguson.
