Preview! Souza Aims To Silence ‘The Joker’

The clock is counting down to the UFC on ESPN+ 8 middleweight main event between longtime contender Ronaldo Souza (26-6, 1 NC) and the surging Jack Hermansson (19-4), which takes place TONIGHT (Sat., April 27, 2019) inside BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida.

Hermansson, 30, got the call up to face Souza, 39, in the revamped headliner after Yoel Romero fell ill with pneumonia. A win for “The Joker” will give him his fourth in a row and put him right in the mix of the middleweight championship race, though “Jacare” has already been promised the winner of Robert Whittaker vs. Israel Adesanya.
