A strawweight fight is on the verge of being added to UFC 186.

According to sources with knowledge of the situation, Aisling Daly (15-5) vs. Randa Markos (4-3) is in the works for next month’s card in Montreal, set to take place April 25. The UFC has yet to officially announce the 115-pound fight.

Daly was scheduled to fight Claudia Gadelha on April 11 in Poland, however, Gadleha pulled out of the fight this week due to a back injury. Daly, a long-time member of the popular Straight Blast Gym in Ireland, won her official UFC debut in December when she defeated Alex Chambers via first-round armbar at the TUF 20 Finale.

Markos, who was born in Iraq but now resides in Canada, lost to Jessica Penne on the same card. Markos made it to the semi-finals of the tournament, while Daly lost in the quarter-finals.

UFC 186 is currently headlined by Demetrious Johnson vs. Kyoji Horiguchi for the flyweight title.
