“The Ultimate Fighter 9” winner James Wilks (6-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and
German welterweight Peter Sobotta (8-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) have verbally agreed
to meet at the as-yet-unannounced UFC 115 event, which is expected to
take place June 12 at GM Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The contest was first reported by German mixed martial arts Web site GroundandPound.de on Monday.
While UFC 115 has yet to receive any official bouts, a third bout
between current “The Ultimate Fighter 11” coaches Chuck Liddell and
Tito Ortiz is expected for the headlining slot.
