It looks like the UFC will bring another Gracie on board.
It looks like another Gracie will be stepping into the Octagon in the near future. According to a report from ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, the UFC wants to bring in Kron Gracie, son of Rickson, with the idea of having him fight in California early next year:
Hearing the UFC is working on signing decorated grappler Kron Gracie, son of Rickson Gracie, with the intent to have him fight at UFC 233 on Jan. 26 in Anaheim. Gracie is 4-0 in MMA, including a win over Tatsuya Kawajiri in 2016.

As mentioned in the tweet Gracie is 4-0 in MMA, with all of his fights coming in Rizin. The 30-year-old has finished all four fights by submission, with the latest being the aforementioned Kawajiri fight in December of 2016. He is also a former ADCC winner and a very decorated grappler.
Gracie trains in Northern California with the likes of the Diaz brothers and runs a jiu jitsu academy in Culver City.
It’s unclear who they would like him to fight, though it would most likely be in the featherweight division. Many were drooling over his potential after the Kawajiri win, but he hasn’t competed since then so he has been largely forgotten about. We’ll see if he can make an impact in a stacked 145-pound division.
