Originally scheduled to meet on Oct. 9, Rony Jason and Jeremy Stephens will fight a month later, after both fighters sustained injuries in training.
UFC announced Wednesday the featherweight bout between Jason and Stephens, originally expected to take place at UFC Fight Night 29 in Barueri, Brazil, will be part of the UFN 32 card in Goiania, Brazil, on Nov. 9.
Jason, a 13-3 MMA veteran, finished Sam Sicilia and Mike Wilkinson after defeating Godofredo Pepey at UFC 147 to become TUF Brazil 1’s 145-pound winner.
Stephens enters the cage following a decision victory over Estevan Payan at UFC 160, getting back to the win column after consecutive losses to Anthony Pettis, Donald Cerrone and Yves Edwards.
UFC Fight Night 32 will be headlined by the light heavyweight showdown between Dan Henderson and Vitor Belfort, and the middleweight bout between Cezar Ferreira and Daniel Sarafian takes the spot as the co-main event.
